Creating Transactions

How to create and manage export transactions in Arcliance

What is a Transaction?

A transaction in Arcliance represents an export activity - typically a sale, shipment, or transfer of controlled items to a foreign entity. Each transaction is evaluated for compliance risks and routed through your approval workflow.

Creating a New Transaction

  1. Navigate to Transactions

Click "Transactions" in the sidebar under Export Operations.

  2. Click "New Transaction"

    Opens the transaction creation form.

  3. Select Trading Partner

Choose the customer or end user for this transaction. The system will automatically screen them against denied party lists.

  4. Add Line Items

Select products from your catalog. Each item's classification (USML/ECCN) will be used for compliance checks.

  5. Enter Destination

Specify the shipping address and ultimate destination country.

  6. Review Risk Score

The system calculates a risk score based on country, parties, and products.

  7. Submit for Approval

Route the transaction through your organization's approval workflow.
