Get up and running with Arcliance in minutes

Welcome to Arcliance

Arcliance is a comprehensive export compliance platform designed to help defense contractors and manufacturers manage ITAR and EAR compliance. This guide will walk you through the essential features to get started.

Step 1: Set Up Your Organization

After logging in for the first time, you'll want to configure your organization settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings from the sidebar
  2. Update your company information and address
  3. Configure your default compliance policies
  4. Invite team members and assign roles

Step 2: Add Your Products

Before creating transactions, add your product catalog with proper classifications:

  1. Go to Products in the Export Operations section
  2. Click Add Product
  3. Enter product details and assign USML category or ECCN
  4. Set license requirements and special handling notes

Step 3: Add Trading Partners

Register your customers, vendors, and other trading partners:

  1. Navigate to Trading Partners
  2. Click Add Partner
  3. Enter partner details including country and address
  4. The system will automatically screen against denied party lists

Step 4: Create Your First Transaction

Now you're ready to create an export transaction:

  1. Go to Transactions
  2. Click New Transaction
  3. Select the trading partner and add line items
  4. Review the risk score and compliance checks
  5. Submit for approval or approve directly (depending on your role)
