Get up and running with Arcliance in minutes
Welcome to Arcliance
Arcliance is a comprehensive export compliance platform designed to help defense contractors and manufacturers manage ITAR and EAR compliance. This guide will walk you through the essential features to get started.
Step 1: Set Up Your Organization
After logging in for the first time, you'll want to configure your organization settings:
- Navigate to Settings from the sidebar
- Update your company information and address
- Configure your default compliance policies
- Invite team members and assign roles
Step 2: Add Your Products
Before creating transactions, add your product catalog with proper classifications:
- Go to Products in the Export Operations section
- Click Add Product
- Enter product details and assign USML category or ECCN
- Set license requirements and special handling notes
Step 3: Add Trading Partners
Register your customers, vendors, and other trading partners:
- Navigate to Trading Partners
- Click Add Partner
- Enter partner details including country and address
- The system will automatically screen against denied party lists
Step 4: Create Your First Transaction
Now you're ready to create an export transaction:
- Go to Transactions
- Click New Transaction
- Select the trading partner and add line items
- Review the risk score and compliance checks
- Submit for approval or approve directly (depending on your role)
