About Arcliance
We're building the compliance platform we wished existed when we were managing export programs ourselves.
Export compliance is one of the most consequential responsibilities in defense and technology. A single violation can result in criminal penalties, debarment, and reputational damage that takes years to recover from. Yet most organizations still manage their ITAR/EAR obligations with spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools.
Arcliance was founded to change that. We combine restricted party screening, technical data protection, license management, IT controls, training enforcement, and audit trails into a single platform — purpose-built for the regulatory requirements of ITAR and EAR.
Our team includes former Empowered Officials, Chief Compliance Officers, trade counsel, and security engineers who've managed export programs at defense primes, dual-use technology companies, and government contractors. We built Arcliance because we lived the problem.
Our Principles
Compliance First
Every feature is designed to meet the specific requirements of ITAR (22 CFR 120-130) and EAR (15 CFR 730-774). We don't retrofit generic tools — we build purpose-built compliance software.
Security by Design
U.S.-based cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II (in progress), ISO 27001 (in progress), encryption at rest and in transit, and FedRAMP Moderate (in progress).
Built by Practitioners
Our team includes former Empowered Officials, export compliance officers, trade counsel, and security engineers who've managed real ITAR/EAR programs.
Modern & Open
REST APIs, webhook integrations, MCP server for AI agents, and native ERP connectors. Arcliance fits into your tech stack, not the other way around.
Compliance & Security Credentials
We hold ourselves to the same standards we help our customers meet.
